Top 10% EPD (click on the EPD link) ranked Liberty Girl was born on Independence Day 2013. She is the combination of great grey genetics on the top with great Accoyo genetics on the bottom. Her sire is WLK Silver Stone, the 2009 CC at The Futurity. Stone then had his offspring win him the 2015 Dark Get of Sire at The Futurity. He comes from prepotent grey genetics as his sire is the outstanding Silver Heat. Heat also won a banner at The Futurity in 2006 and then also had offspring win the 2009 Dark Get of Sire at The Futurity. AND to make it even more impressive, Silver Stone's dam Silver Jewel was also a banner winner at Futurity in 2004. Impressive males like Silver Stone are the product of mixing the genetics of both an outstanding male and an outstanding female. Liberty Girl's dam is SHAR Libertad's Brandi from the Accoyo Apache line. She ranks as top 1% for the SDAFD! Her sire, a light Apache son, sired only 5 crias with Brandi as the only girl. His name was Accoyo America Libertad and while he never won a banner, he did win a first place ribbon at both Nationals and Futurity. He sired only the 5 crias because he was sadly lost in a barn fire as he turned 3. His sire was NGG Accoyo Apache II who was sired by the great Accoyo import Uribe. Libertad's dam, GFF Accoyo Princess Liberty, was sired by Viceroy, another Uribe son. Princess Liberty did well in the show ring winning 5 blues ribbons and 1 CC banner. On 9/1/2021 Liberty had 16.2 lb medium brown female cria sired by Remington. That girls fleece is loaded with luster and she has an exemplary Suri phenotype. She's growing quickly. Rose's grey sire MMALP Citation has some very unique genetics and only sired two crias before he was tragically lost in the fall of 2019. We have both of them born to our herd in 2020, one male and this female Rose. Citation's sire was Libertad's Notorious, a rose grey male that was sired by Accoyo America Libertad. Libertad only sired 5 offspring before being lost in a barn fire. He was sired by NGG Accoyo Apache II. So, that means Citation's sire Notorious was a half Accoyo grey male and there just aren't many greys with that much Accoyo genetics in them. Citation's dam WLK Adriana has great grey genetics and was a banner winner. More importantly, Adriana has been a great production female and has produced a multiple number of banner winners herself. Her sire was the great grey herdsire Silver Heat and her dam was an outstanding grey female Silver Marquis' Platinum Plus. Platinum Plus is the dam of our black male herdsire BB and was sired by another great grey herdsire named Silver Marquis of Round Hill. So, we have great Accoyo genetics combined with great grey genetics on the top half of Rose's pedigree.

Rose's dam Liberty Girl has great genetics in her pedigree, too. The unique thing is that they are a lot of the same genetics as the sire Citation, only in the opposite parents. Liberty Girl has great Peruvian silver grey genetics as her sire is WLK Silver Stone out of Peruvian Silver Heat. Liberty Girl's dam is an Accoyo America Libertad daughter. Libertad is a unique part of Liberty Girl's genetics and now a doubly (dam and sire) unique part Rose's genetics that you won't find in many other herds. Liberty Girl's pedigree goes three generations back and includes some great herdsires that are the foundation of the North American Suri alpaca herd: Ramilo, Pilgrim, Silver Bullet, Apache, and MacGyver. The bottom line is Rose is somewhat line bred for a lot of the same great grey and Accoyo genetics. She's a genetic powerhouse in those regards.

It's no wonder then that Rose is such an outstanding grey alpaca. Her phenotype has it all including great fleece coverage on her legs and an exemplary Suri head style. She is loaded with fleece and she has outstanding density. That dense fleece is lustrous and it's fine. She is so nice and we feel she's a female that could improve the grey line in our herd. So, we are keeping her as a foundation female for production.

Rose had a classic silver grey female cria on 9/14/23. The girl was sired by Klondike and she has his beautiful Suri phenotype. The fleece coverage is exceptional. The fleece has an amazing staple length and exhibits very nice luster. It has a soft and cool handle. This girl has amazing potential and has been sold.

Rose has been bred to Arappaho's BB of Harmony for a cria due in 2025.

We are willing to do financing. We may also be willing to offer a discount for a cash purchase. If the purchase of an alpaca is financed, no interest will be charged if paid off in 1 year. Stud fees must be paid for in advance. Transport of a purchased alpaca to the buyer's farm is the buyer's responsibility unless some other agreed upon arrangement is made. If a breeding to one of our males is purchased, the transport of the female to and from our farm is the buyer's responsibility.
