Kamira has science on her side with excellent results in her histogram. 23.8 microns AFD with a good standard deviation of 5.1 microns. It also shows great regrowth, good weight, and solid mean curvature in her fleece. When her EPDs came in at the end of 2016 she was in the top 6.2% or better for AFD, SDAFD, SF, and %F>30. For MSL she was in the top 3.1%. She has great staple length regrowth!

| Comet is a 7 time banner winner and is the result of combining some great genetics. His sire is Black Beau of PVA. Comet is from the Mahogany Prince to Kobe to Diamonte to Black Beau line of champion PVA genetics. Black Beau inherited great fleece statistics. Black Beau had EPDs that improved AFD, SDAFD, SF, %>30, MSL, and FW. It was expected that he'd improve every measurable aspect of a fleece in his progeny. Majik is the product of breeding two white Suris that both have very good EPDs. We have the histogram results of her sample sent in for EPDs in 2018 and that histogram was very good with an AFD of 17.2, a SDAFD of 4.2, and only 0.8%>30! She has a very fine, very white, very lustrous, and consistently locked fleece. The locks in that fleece are tiny little icicle locks. Now, check out the EPDs by clicking the link. Majik's sire is Torbio's Dumbledore. He is a male herdsire that we once owned and now wish we had not sold, but that's a story for another time. He is 11/16 Accoyo and has great genetics in his pedigree. His maternal great-grandsire is the the great Accoyo herdsire Torbio. In addition to Torbio, Dumbledore's pedigree includes Bruxo, MacGyver, Grand Marnier, Inca, Chesnimitz, Torbio's Masterpiece, Estrello, and DPA Prince.
Majik's dam is BKNRD Beau's Kamira, the result of breeding Black Beau of PVA to a Pucara Kahuna daughter. Her pedigree includes a good amount of Accoyo genetics and as far as we can tell, Majik is 1/2 Accoyo when you put Kamira together with Dumbledore. Besides the two great herdsires already mentioned before, the bottom of the Majik's pedigree includes Amador, Pucara Allegro, Mahogany Prince, Kobe, and Diamonte.
As one can see, Majik's pedigree is filled with awesome genetics from the herdsires in her pedigree. There were also some awesome females in that ARI certificate, too. It's easy to understand how she ended up with both the great conformation and such a fine, lustrous fleece. Unfortunately, Majik had a tender fleece from weaning and wasn’t shown at the spring 2018 shows. She did well at the shows in the fall of 2018 and had wonderful comments about her fleece's fineness, luster, and cool handle. Majik is average in stature and she is a solidly built girl with good substance of bone and should have no problem with birthing a cria. Her dam Kamira was a wonderful mother with plenty of milk. All expectations are for Majik to be a great mom like Kamira.
It has been confirmed by an ultrasound that Majik has been bred to Comet for a cria due in May of 2020. This is a line breeding for Comet's sire Black Beau of PVA.
